  A historic ship comes for sale with a monument status. The ship is certified until July 26, 2025. Surface report available. Suitable for habitation in museum harbors.

  A piece of history: client for the construction of the Griet Elisabeth (Gesina) is Mr. Nanninga from Groningen. Ordered in 1924 at the shipyard A. Pol in Wirdum as casco. Then towed to Appingadam to install a 4 cylinder Brons engine, type 120 hp, number 1462. The hull cost at the time f 1,450. Delivery in October 1925. Mr. J. van der Veen bought the ship from J. Brons in August 1926 for the price of fl 23,000. The son bought the ship in 1936 for fl 10.500,00. Valuation in 1943 f 19,500. The engine was dieselized into a 160 hp engine in 1943. In the last years of the war it sailed with a gas generator. The ship was sold in 1968 and shortly afterwards the Brons engine was taken out. The last 10 years the ship is owned by the current owner.
