The Beneteau First 405 is a cruiser/racer with excellent sailing characteristics. Still this boat is very fast and leaves many ships behind. Because of her deep keel the boat sails excellent at sea with more wind. This ship is very well maintained. The current owner has invested a lot to keep the ship in very good condition. For example, in 2018 almost all navigation equipment has been replaced including 2 new chartplotters for indoor and outdoor use. The battery capacity is very spacious which makes it possible to sail for a longer time without recharging. The teak deck will be completely re-rubbed by the owner in 2020 and will be able to last for many years. The underwater hull is professionally treated against osmosis in 2017 and has a 2 year warranty. The interior is spacious and cosy. The 2 cabins are both spacious with double beds. In addition, the ship has 2 wet rooms with 2 times a shower and 2 times a toilet. The VAT is demonstrably paid.
