General

  • Remarks: This sturdy seaworthy and comfortable motor yacht is very well maintained. The ship is equipped with a strong Ford Ebro Silverstar marine diesel, an engine you will not often encounter on motor yachts. But this is no ordinary yacht, this ship is built for the waters of Zeeland and the Wadden Sea and the more experienced crew can also sail the coastal waters well. the boat was for some time in use as a sea fishing boat, for which - with some minor adjustments - it still serves well. Especially for the longer trips on open water, the design pays attention to stability and easy movement in seaway. The ship also has stabilisers and a support sail. In addition to the shape, stability is promoted by the extra weight of the engine in the first place and further by the two fuel tanks and of course the water tank and the waste water tank which can also be used as a ballast tank. This makes the ship very stable and can handle any type of weather. The exhaust of the engine is standard at ca.2 m from the waterline so it is not possible for water to flow into the engine. All in all this makes the boat very seaworthy and with her large water and fuel tanks her range is very large. But also all inland waterways of Europe are navigable due to its reasonable creepage height. Accommodation: There are 2 nice large sleeping places in the tip, behind that is the galley and the toilet. Further to the rear the large engine room and above that the wheelhouse/cabin. In the cabin there is a u-shaped couch that can be converted into a double bed. In this room the steering position is also inside. Further back is an open sundeck, with a second steering position outside. On the aft deck is also the raised access to the engine room and from there one can go to the aft room, in which two more berths are built in. The aft compartment is also accessible from above through a hatch. All in all, it is a very comfortable ship, with an unusual but convenient layout. Special is of course the seaworthiness of this ship and the beautiful large ship's engine in a spacious engine room which is a nice toy for technical people. However, the current owner has moved the exhaust from the engine to the transom and the chimney is no longer used. For use at sea, however, this facility needs to be restored. Data: LXBXD: 9.40m X 3.30m x 1.25m Indoor and outdoor control Water displacement: approx. 10 tons Engine: Ford Ebro Silverstar marine diesel, 65 hp - completely overhauled in 2012, since overhaul 132 sailing hours.
