The best combination of speed and 'green' urban sailing is the Amalfi 760 hybrid. The yacht is powered by a hybrid system (Yanmar 110hp Diesel engine combined with a water-cooled electric motor). The electric motor gets its energy from 2 LiFePO4 batteries with a total capacity of 10 kWh, enough to sail for over 3 hours at maximum power (approximately 30 kilometers) without emissions and virtually silently. The powerful Yanmar 110hp diesel is strong enough for a waterskiing or wakeboarding session or to quickly cross a lake at speeds of approximately 40 km/h.
