Very beautiful back decker / back deck cruiser built in 2003/2004, manufactured by the boatyard Schmidt, Düsseldorf

This perfectly designed boat was inspired by the legendary models built in the 1920s and 1930s, which still impress today with their timeless elegance, and was produced in small quantities using modern technology.

The hull is made of alloyed shipbuilding steel, the outer skin is 3mm thick and the frames are 4mm thick (hull weight without fittings approx. 1350kg).

The interior is completely made of mahogany plywood and is clear lacquered in several layers.

In the cabin, there is a large wardrobe at the front, 2 berths, 1 separate toilet, and a small galley with a cooler and sink/cooking facilities.

There is plenty of storage space under the berths.

At the stern, there is a large seating area, and the sound-insulated engine cover also serves as a large table. There are additional storage boxes under the seating area.

The steering station and the coverings are also made of clear lacquered mahogany plywood.

The drive is a 5-cylinder Mercedes Benz OM 602 diesel engine with 2-circuit Vetus marinization and ZF25 reversing gearbox. The steering is hydraulic to the rudder blade.

The deck as well as the cabin and the cockpit are completely covered with teak (8mm thick).

The anchor and the anchor chain are made of stainless steel.

The 2 fuel tanks of 110l each are also made of stainless steel.

For lifting and lowering, there are 4 screw-in hot eyes in the boat and the corresponding lifting gear.

The 3-axle trailer (built in 2018) is a custom-made product and has a permissible total weight of 3.5 tons.

With it, the back decker can be transported easily over longer distances.

The overall condition is very good, antifouling has just been renewed.

The mooring in Wanssum, Holland, is paid until April 26 and can be taken over if needed.
