We now have for sale a unique opportunity - the gentleman's yacht MY Marie Claire. Marie Claire was built in Durban, South Africa, in 1991 on behalf of a minister in the Clerk government, and is a small ship built with steel hulls and aluminium superstructures.

Marie Claire has for many years been seen in the inner Oslofjord and had been at the Opera Quay. For the past 2 years, Marie Claire has been chartering in Lofoten.
The boat has a home port in Henningsvær, Norway.

The yacht has been in regular use and is kept running maintained. In 2017 significantly upgraded for around 1 mnok, including with new gear and new engine (John Deere 200 hp diesel) on the starboard side, as well as new gear on Cummins (210 hp) on port side in 2019. It has recently been installed permanent superstructure (plastic roof) over aft deck and new calledje adapted to this. The boat has just been through 5 years of classification of Ship Control. With these key upgrades, the boat should have low maintenance costs in the years ahead. Floor plan
Exterior, you'll be met by a 20+-seated aft deck and an even larger flybridge that spans the entire boat's superstructure.
Here you have a good overview, own steering position and plenty of space for chairs and tables. Easy access around the boat - spacious and very safe and secure doll table with covered roof and large front deck. Rise up to the flybridge.
Inside, you'll find a spacious lounge with elegant access to the aft deck, and direct connection with a spacious and well-equipped
kitchen. Stairs up to the wheelhouse/pilot house with steering position. From pilot house there is access to doll tables on both sides as well as stairs down to the master bedroom with private bathroom with bath/shower and wc, as well as a front cabin with toilet and shower bathroom. From lounge there is a decrease to your own crew cabin/guest cabin where you will also find a separate shower with a bathroom. Sea properties
The boat is CE-approved class 100 A4 and is ocean-going (the vessel "shall last for 100 years and can go on any world ocean").
Is now registered for speed area 3 and can be driven with a recreational boat certificate (D5L). There is currently a passenger certificate of 30 passengers (certificate D5 to drive with passengers) The new new stability test states that it is possible to have 45 passengers on the boat and it is therefore possible to apply to be able to drive with 36 passengers in the winter and 45 passengers in the summer when one can use the flybridge (max 15 people on the flybridge at the same time).
