Bei dem hier angebotenen Valk Kruiser Content 12.00 handelt es sich um ein komplett werftseitig bei Gijs van der Valk gebautes Schiff.
Das Schiff wird von seinem langjährigen Eigner (23 Jahre im Besitz) wegen Aufgabe des Wassersports mit „Pott und Pann“ verkauft. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde es gut gewartet und hat mehrere Modernisierungen erfahren.
Das Schiff befindet sich in einem allgemein guten Zustand. Entsprechend dem Baujahr benötigt es an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas Andacht. Insbesondere das Teak Deck auf den vorderen Gangborden / Vorschiff benötigt eine Überarbeitung bzw. Erneuerung. Dieser Umstand spiegelt sich in der Preisvorstellung wieder.
Das Schiff besitzt einen sehr schönen warmen werftseitigen Mahagoniausbau. Im gesamten Schiff ist ein sehr schöner Echtholzboden verlegt.
Die Aufteilung der Kabinen ist mit ihrem zwei Kabinen Layout sowie dem getrennten Dusch und WC-Raum sehr praktisch und durchdacht (siehe beiliegender Grundriss).
Ergänzend zum sehr großzügigen Lebensraum unter Deck besitzt das Schiff eine komplett verschließbare Sprayhood über Cockpit und Achterdeck, welche die Nutzung des Außenbereichs an kühlen Tagen ermöglicht.
Angetrieben wird das Schiff durch einen kräftigen Sechszylinder DAF DT 615 Diesel mit 140 PS.
Zum einfachen Manövrieren sind sowohl ein Bug- als auch Heckstrahlruder an Bord.
Auch die technische Ausrüstung ist mit Warmluftheizung, 80Ltr. Warmwasserboiler, 220V Inverter sowie einer selbstausrichtenden Satelliten-Fernseh-Antenne mehr als komplett.

The Valk Kruiser Content 12.00 offered here is a completely shipyard-built vessel by Gijs van der Valk.
The vessel is being sold by its long-time owner (owned for 23 years) due to giving up water sports with "Pott und Pann". Over the years it has been well maintained and has undergone several modernisations.The ship is in good condition. According to the year of construction, it needs some devotion in one or the other place. In particular, the teak deck on the front gangways / forecastle needs a revision or renewal. This circumstance is reflected in the asking price.
The vessel has a very nice warm shipyard mahogany interior. A very nice real wood floor is laid throughout the ship.
The layout of the cabins is very practical and well thought out with its two cabin layout as well as the separate shower and toilet room (see enclosed floor plan).
In addition to the very generous living space below deck, the vessel has a fully closable sprayhood over the cockpit and aft deck, which allows the use of the outdoor area on cool days.
The vessel is powered by a powerful six-cylinder DAF DT 615 diesel with 140 hp.
