Colvic Atlanta Motorsailor "White Otter" in excellent condition, ready to sail and very complete inventory. Survey from 2019 available on request and more photos coming. The boat has just completed a 1000 nm journey from the West Coast of Scotland and performed perfectly. The option of steering from the heated wheel house or the deep outside cockpit makes this boat enjoyable to sail. These steering are run from separate cables ensuring you will always be in control, but if something does go wrong there is an emergency tiller which fits directly to the rudder stock. There is an L shaped galley in the wheel house making preparing meals at sea very easy. There is a gimbled Nelson Spinflo. 2 burner, grill and oven gas cooker from 2006. The boat is special as it is a very reliable and easy to maintain Lister-Petter Alpha 40 engine with only 1000 hours. There is a fuel polishing system, a recently replaced Hurth-ZF gerabox and twin stainless steel fuel tanks with a capacity of 450 liters! This boat has a huge motoring range. She has a 4 berth layout with 2 berths in the forepeak and 2 in the saloon. The interior is fresh and all fabrics have been upgraded in the last years. The sails are in excellent condition and have new sail covers. Included are the main, mizzen and furling foresail, a storm jib and various older sails. She has all conveniences with ab Eberspacher heating system, a hot water boiler than runs off 230V shore power and from the engine. The electronics are very complete with radar, navtex, AIS receiver, autopilot, depth, log, wind speed, GPS, VHF and 2 compasses.
Colvic Craft molded hulls and decks under contract for many of the prominent UK based boat builders in the 1970s and 80s. Alongside producing its own range of boats which were available for purchase as kits for home or professional completion. The company gained a good reputation for the quality and finish of its moldings.

WHITE OTTER is the conventional four berth layout of the class. Below decks she has been finished to a high standard with all joinery work or good quality. The upholstery throughout has been replaced during the current ownership.
Description of accommodation from forward:
Forward Cabin - Two single berths in traditional V-berth layout. Storage lockers above the bunks forward with drawer storage beneath the aft end of the bunks. Storage locker outboard to starboard at aft end of cabin space.
Heads - Located within the forward cabin space. Separate heads compartment outboard to port. Manual Lavac marine toilet mounted outboard. Small countertop and wash hand basin located forward. Electric extractor fan fitted.
Saloon - Occupying the full width of the boat, accessed by steps from the deckhouse. Bench settee running along the starboard side with U-shaped settee to port. Bench settee converts to large single berth. Outboard section of Ushaped settee converts to single berth, infill section could be added to create a double berth. Storage lockers
outboard of seating overhead. Bin lockers beneath seats and outboard of back rests.
Galley - Located at aft end of deckhouse to port. L-shaped galley. worktop and stainless steel sink with drying plate inboard aft. Gimbal mounted stove outboard forward in stainless steel lined compartment. Storage lockers below worktop with built in crockery storage above worktop. Deckhouse - Laid out with galley at aft end. Navigation instruments mounted within easy reach of the helm seat. Outboard of the helm seat is a dedicated chart table with a large storage space within the table for pilot books and charts.
