  The Lotus 12 is also offered as an investment object. We have entered into an exclusive partnership with one of the better IJsselmeer ports in North Holland. At this unique location we are developing a houseboat 'park' which will be rented by our rental partner Novasol. Each houseboat will have a very spacious berth with enough space for an open boat. Optionally, an aluminum sloop can be ordered. This can be included in the operation. The combination of this unique location and the luxuriously finished Lotus 12 is expected to achieve a high occupancy. Carefully calculated, an efficiency of 8-10% is certainly achievable.   Lotus 12
  The Lotus 12 is a CE-D certified houseboat of 12 meters long and 4.30 meters wide. Inside is over 32m2 of pure living pleasure. The Lotus 12 is standard equipped with 2 bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, a full kitchen and a spacious living room. As much use as possible is made of sustainable materials including FSC wood. Within the standard there is ample opportunity for personalization. For example, there is a wide choice in design for kitchen, bathroom, floor, etc.

  Dijvers
  The floats are made of low-maintenance PE, Polyethylene, mounted in a sturdy aluminium frame.

  Interior
  The walls are made up of insulated wall elements and finished white on the inside with a light structure. The ceiling elements have a matt appearance and are finished with a narrow skirting board along the walls.

  Floor finishing
  The floor is finished in a design of your choice.

  Heating
  The houseboat is heated by underfloor heating controlled by an electric or gas boiler. Optionally, the saloon can be equipped with an extra plinth heating under the galley, to raise the temperature quickly after your entrance on board, depending on your wishes.

  Bathroom
  The bathroom will be fully equipped with shower, sink, mirror, toilet and storage cupboard. The wall finish is free to choose.

  Kitchen
  The Lotus 12 will be equipped with a fully-fledged kitchen. Complete with sink, cooker, cooker hood and fridge. More equipment is optional. There are a number of designs to choose from.

  Terrace and Roof Terrace
  The Lotus 12 houseboat is standard equipped with 3 terraces. So there is a nice spot for everyone on board. In the sun, in the shade or in the wind. A spacious front terrace, a rear terrace and a roof terrace are standard. All around you will find beautiful stainless steel railing.

  Insulation
  The entire houseboat is fully insulated so that even in the winter months a pleasant stay on board is guaranteed.

  Sailing package(Optional)
  Optionally, the Lotus 12 can be equipped with a complete sailing package. With the minimum motorization it gets 2x Yamaha 9.9 hp outboard engine, a strong bow thruster, a steering position, navigation lights and horn and an electrical package with strong inverter and solar panels. Heavier motorization is possible. Also a stern thruster is optional. The steering position can be placed as desired. Inside, outside, to port or starboard.
