Remarks: The Floating houses consist of compact modular prefabricated parts. Each project can decide how many parts the Floatinghouse should consist of. The big advantage of this modular technique is that the houses can easily be transported to any place in the world. The Floo3 standard consists of 3 parts. Standard size of 1 module is 2.45 by 11.99 and 3.20 m. Floor area of the Floo3 comes to 80.1 m2. Roof terrace is 78.5 m2. The price does not include customization but includes composite, fiberglass/carbon fiber exterior, Fastmount system walls, basic installations, insulation and windows.

The modules are built of fiberglass composites making it light (thus cheaper) to transport.
