  The houseboat is located in De Holle Mare in Warmond and is accessible via De Jachthaven Juffermans. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous opportunities to relax, within walking distance Golfclub Kagerzoom, wellness, sauna and various sports facilities. Within 5 minutes by boat you can reach the Kagerplassen with numerous water sports possibilities. The authentic village of Warmond is also within walking distance.

  Through the entrance of the houseboat, the living room with open kitchen is situated on the right side. The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances including induction hob, extractor, fridge and dishwasher.
  
  The spacious living room is extremely bright and features three sliding doors, through the sliding doors on the waterfront there is access to lovely sun terrace on the water. Through the living room there is also access to a spacious basement with, among other things, a large storage room and the arrangement CV. The basement also has several possibilities.
  
  Through the hall you reach the bathroom (with sink and shower) and the toilet of the houseboat. At the end of the hall is the spacious bedroom with shutters.
