The Swan 40 is one of the last Swans 40 (Frers) built at the famous Nautor yard in 1994. It is a freshwater vessel and is therefore in excellent condition. Owned only by the 2nd owner who have always maintained her well and various parts are regularly renewed. This is a great opportunity to get a classic Swan of which only come on the market. The engine is renewed in 2014. The ship has always been inside during the winter.

In aft cabin 2-bed, in front 2 beds plus 1 extra berth. In saloon 2 berths on couches plus extra pilot berth. Headroom 1,90 m.
