Sharp lined, comfortable and well maintained sailing yacht. Hanse sailing yachts are known for their manoeuvrability (rearing) combined with excellent sailing qualities. This Hanse 331 has been with us in the marina in Makkum for 15 years. She has sailed very little, she has always been on fresh water and is stored in a heated shed during the winter months. In short: beautiful yacht, well maintained and ready to sail!

Hull and deck
The gelcoat top layer of the hull is blue and of the superstructure white, with a white integrated decorative stripe at the waterline. The hull has a teak bumper and the deck has a non-slip profile. The construction of the hull and deck is according to the hand lay-up method. The bulkheads and longitudinal strings are laminated, the interior laminate is finished with a top coat for protection. The cockpit is self-draining and equipped with 3 baking trays. An adjustable escape hatch is mounted in the foreship. The ship has a self-draining anchor safe with lockable lid.
The interior is classically finished in mahogany and matt lacquered. The foreship with a spacious 2 person berth is separated from the saloon by a door and has 2 closets and shelves above the sleeping compartments. The lockable toilet on port side is equipped with pump toilet, sink, shower, mirrors and storage cupboards. The navigation corner is equipped with chart table and switch panel with a flexible chart reading lamp above the chart table. Radio (Furuno DSC type FM2721) with speaker to the cockpit. A handheld marine radio Icom with Atis is on the chart table with charger. A copper oil lamp hangs above the coffee table. The galley contains a stainless steel sink, water tap and 2 burner half cardanic gas stove with oven. Around the galley are storage spaces and next to the sink is the fridge built in. The stern has a hot water boiler 220 V or cooling via the engine. The compressor 12 V for the fridge is located under the starboard bench. There is a Webasto heating system for the foreship and the saloon individually adjustable. The aft cabin has shelves above the sleeping area and a wall cupboard and is separated from the saloon by a door. In the starboard wall there is an extra window plus an extra movable window on the cockpit side. On the wall behind the door there is a construction for suspension of the hatch/shutter.
Volvo Penta type MD 2020 3 cylinder 20 kW. Indirect cooling system with Saildrive and fixed 2 blade screw, cruising speed approx. 6 knots/h fuel consumption approx. 1 ½ /h at 28K rpm, shore power 220/12 V, 2 batteries 100 AH with battery charger.
7/8 rigged with self retracting jib, mainsail, genoa and associated mast lined shots (can be operated from the cockpit), cockpit with teak floor, mast and jib (Francespar Z label): boom is equipped with a downstand / mast is equipped with double halyards and stainless steel rigging / adjustable backstay equipped with a slope and stopper, radar reflector mounted to mast, battened mainsail equipped with a 1st and 2nd reef. The self-tacking jib is operated from the cockpit with an overflow and traveller, 2 combined self-tailing halyard and lap winches, 8 lap and halyard stoppers with guide blocks for passage to the cockpit. The mainsail and jib with accompanying hood, mainsail is equipped with lazy jackets, stainless steel pulpit, fence and flagpole holder and aneling, stainless steel swim ladder on the transom. Tube hood and attachable cockpit tent.
