For the sailors among us who set the bar just that little bit higher, who want just that little bit more boat, who have just that little bit more demand for comfort, who want just that little bit more space on board, just that little bit more quality, just that little bit more 'the wow factor'. For those 'just that little bit more sailors' we have the Bavaria 39 Cruiser at Easy Sail. This yacht is everything just a little bit more. She is of course in top condition, nothing defective, everything works. She is of course more than complete. And she has an ocean of interior space, what to think of 3 spacious cabins, 2 x a wet room, a spacious saloon with ditto galley, a lovely large cockpit and much more. Everything on board is equally neat and well maintained. What makes this Bavaria 39 Cruiser top, you buy her from the first owner (no charter boat) who has improved her tremendously. The keel/hull is reinforced (super solid now), she is wrapped in a beautiful metallic foil (hull is top protected) and there is much more to tell about this absolute beauty. We have the world of pictures, so if you are someone who goes the extra mile and is looking for it, then this is your boat.
Costs and effort have been saved in recent years to have and keep this ship in the best possible condition. She is dry every winter on the shore under her own winter tent. The current owner has wrapped her, there is a protective special film over the hull that gives the boat a beautiful look. The hull is so well protected and therefore remains like new. Suppose you prefer the boat to be original again, the foil is quite easy to remove. But why would you? Beautiful blue is not ugly.
This Bavaria 39 Cruiser is absolutely top notch in terms of comfort, how about the following:
- 3 cabins
- 2 wet rooms (toilet + sink + shower)
- hot water supply
- Webasto heating
- spacious galley with double sink + tap, 3 burner stove with oven
- interior lighting
- audio (CD/Radio) with speakers
- spacious round seat
- recent cockpit tent (so you can also sit outside in lesser weather)
- lots of storage space
- beautiful paneling
- teak in the cockpit
And much more!
In terms of equipment, it is also more than enough hear:
- depth sounder
- wind gauge
- GPS (dual system)
- autopilot Navman
- VHF Marcom
- navigation lights
- battery charger
- shore power
- solar panel 100W.
- 12 volt connection (multiple)
- windlass including anchor/chain/line
- fenders/landing ropes/swim ladder
- life raft
- bilge pump
and more and more and more and............
Then the rigging, after all it is a sailing yacht this Bavaria 39 Cruiser. The rig is nicely organized, there is a Genoa on the furling/reefing system and a coarse sail on the boom. Sails are recent, from 2016 and 2018. Both equipped with a neat sail hatch. There is also a Gennaker with Boom present. Halyards, sheets, lines, winches: all in very good condition. The Sprayhood can be extended through a cockpit tent. All lines can of course be operated from the cockpit. This ship has been sailed solo many times, you can see that, everything is in the right place and functions as it should. Sufficient lines and blocks present.
The engine is a Volvo Penta 4 cylinder diesel that delivers 39PK, this is a recent engine, installed in 2016 with currently only 200 running hours, the owner still uses the ship so the hour meter will increase a bit. The engine is in excellent condition, runs beautifully smooth and is well maintained, an ideal power source. Propulsion is by means of a saildrive (again in excellent condition). There is a 205 liter diesel tank on board. Water tank is 600 liters, holding tank is 150 liters. Electricity is in good order. Displacement / weight of the boat is 8500 pounds.
In summary: a beautiful, well maintained, very spacious Bavaria 39 Cruiser with 3 cabins and recent diesel engine. No ex charter boat, you buy her from the first owner. Ship has a reinforced keel, is wrapped and more than fully equipped. Everything on board works, EVERYTHING! No defects. The sailing yacht is still in use so when you visit her we have to discuss if she is available in her home port Delfzijl or in Dokkumer Nieuwe Zijlen.
If you are looking for a good and spacious sailing yacht that you can take out without any hassle, then this Bavaria 39 Cruiser 'Kokopelli' (as she is called) is your boat. Come and have a look, you are welcome on board. Please call first, viewings are by appointment only.
