• Remarks:

  The Hanse 292 is a comfortable sailing yacht where good use has been made of all the space.
  The cockpit is spacious where the helmsman has all the lines within reach, both the mainsheet and the (turning) jib sheets. For single-handed sailing, the Navico autopilot on the tiller offers a solution. The cockpit has two spacious storage compartments where the necessary items fit. The stern has a small swimming platform and folding swimming ladder.

  Under the spray hood we find the navigation equipment including Autohelm Tridata depth/speed gauge, Garmin GPS and a Raymarine Hybridtouch chartplotter with AIS connected. The gangways are spacious and equipped with good anti-slip, in front of the mast we have the rails for the turning jib, which makes upcrossing very easy. For lighter weather conditions there is a larger genoa present and a gennaker.

  Below deck, the open layout makes it pleasant, with on starboard entering the simple galley with 2-burner Origo spirit stove and top loading fridge and running cold water. Also here is the entrance to the spacious 2-person aft cabin.
  On port side we find the lockable toilet room and the folding chart table equipped with the AIS installation, VHF DSC (emergency button) and VHF radio and controls for the diesel heater.

  The salon has a cosy round seat with divisible table, in the bow there is a comfortable 2-person V-bed. Under and behind the seats is plenty of storage space, making her suitable for family vacations.
