Navigare Yachting, one of “The Big Four” worldwide charter companies, work in partnership with Ancasta in the UK to bring charter management solutions for the key sailing brands in monohulls and multihulls . With bases in the Med and the BVIs, the most popular locations are covered, with more to come in the forthcoming season.

The boat is cared for, whilst in charter through Navigare Yachting, through a pre-defined service schedule, and an online tool gives you, the owner, 100% transparency on all works – repair or maintenance – that are being undertaken. Through their concierge system, you can book holidays on your boat or any other boat in their fleet, using a points scheme. You can even use your points for an Alpine chalet, a villa in Tuscany or a Thai beach resort, for example.

The Isla 40 perfectly embodies the Fountaine Pajot spirit with its promise of dynamic, effortless and enjoyable sailing. This model stands out on the market for catamarans of similar size thanks to its unparalleled layout. It is the only 40-foot sailing catamaran with 4 bathrooms.
Its refined and modern style allows rivers of light to shine in the interiors, in the cockpit and in the surrounding spaces. The Isla 40 is the perfect setting for unforgettable moments at sea and at anchor.

Ancasta and Navigare Yachting have partnered up to offer you the opportunity to invest in this brand new Fountaine Pajot Isla 40 to keep in Croatia, from 2024. The Navigare Yacht and Lifestyle investment program guarantees a broad range of holiday possibilities with absolutely none of the hassle or costs usually associated with yacht ownership.

Not only does each investor have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful sailing holidays, but the chance to make a return from yacht ownership OR pay just a fraction of the yacht price.

OPTION 1 - COMPLETE FINANCE. Where you loan Navigare the full purchase price €450,000 and receive a fixed revenue of €30,800 per annum years 1-5 and €24,500 in years 6-7.
OPTION 2 - SMART FINANCE. Where you loan Navigare €283,500 (advertised price) and the income from the investment will pay off the remaining loan.
OPTION 3 - SMART-LOW FINANCE. Where you pay a low initial payment of €234,000 with a balloon payment at the end of the 7 year term of €67,500. This option ties up less capital and the charter revenue is used to pay off the remaining loan on the boat.
