  -Full exterior painting, hull painted, bare paintwork mostly stripped bare and necessary coats of paint applied.

  -Underwater hull with a new layer of antifouling.

  -Teak deck checked and lightly sanded

  -New halyards and sheets in the mast and fenders and lines replaced

  -Radar/Plotter replaced

  -2 x VHF radio installed

  -Wifi installed throughout the ship

  -Hydraulic pump replaced
