The launch of the 18 meter motor yacht Tommy marks a new step in Jongert craftsmanship. Constructed following the specific wishes of her owner, Tommy is a truly innovative custom yacht, built in Holland. Instantly recognized for her striking modern lines. In length not quite the size of a super yacht, Tommy certainly has the finish and charm of one. Tommy not only has stunning looks, it also has the power to perform. She is driven by two Hamilton waterjets and powered by two MAN engines, able reach a speed of 30 knots.
The large horizontal windows in the full beam owner’s cabin are one of the yacht’s distinctively innovative features. An impressive view on the water is the result and they give the yacht a very modern appeal. To add more spectacular horizons, the saloon’s roof, side and rear windows slide open to generate an exceptional interior-exterior atmosphere, as if it’s one large space! All immaculately furnished and decorated. Tommy’s impressively low draft of only 80 cm’s gives easy access to shallow bays and coral reefs. A big plus!
Tommy is a stunning, one-of-a-kind Jongert Motor Yacht, filled with inventive features and with the potential to construct in series. Delivery of the yacht will follow later this year, when she will enjoy the year-round summer of Mauritius.
