Sales back on track at Vripack Brokers
With 5 sales over 70 ft, 2011 appeared to be a good year for the Vripack brokers. Sales consisted of the 102’ Doggersbank Offshore Beothuk, Bandido 90’ Little Blue, Aluetian 92’ Shine, Doggersbank 2115 MY Pascal and last but not least a 44mtr Perini Navi Ohana.
The market remains fragile but sellers are more realistic when it comes to the value of their yacht and do realize that if they whish to sell they have to adjust to the new market situation. Due to the sales results in 2011 the Vripack Brokers are working hard to get new inventory in order to continue their success in 2012.
Boat Shows, advertizing and the internet remain the key marketing tools. In February the brokers will attend the Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show and will have the 120’ expedition style MY Private Lives on display together with Northrop & Johnson.
