Location
As a brokerage house De Valk Monnickendam B.V. is situated since 1996 in the south-east corner of one of the largest fresh water lakes of Europe, the IJsselmeer. The office benefits from an excellent location just a short drive from Schiphol Airport and just 15 minutes away from the centre of Amsterdam. Her well equipped marina with 150 berths offers a Yachtcharter, a Yachtservice as well as a beautiful restaurant with a spectacular view over the lake.
If you prefer even more open waters, the IJmuiden sea port is close by. Equally important for the brokarage house are the longstanding relationships developed by our dedicated, multilingual crew with her national and international client base. De Valk Monnickendam offers a wide variety of motoryachts and sailyachts in the 30-60 feet range.
The enthusiastic and dedicated De Valk Monnickendam team consists of Pieter and Imca Bosma, and Reinier van der Wolf . We are at your service seven days a week. - : GRP sailing yacht Hallberg Rassy 352 "Jazzmatazz", built in 1986, launched in 1987 by Hallberg Rassy Varvet in Sweden, hull number 550, design by Christoph Rassy and Olle Enderlein. Dim: Loa 10.54 m (Lwl 8.70 m) x 3.38 m x 1.67 m, headway: approx. 15 m. GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck. new teak in cockpit (2007). S-shaped hull, long keel. Hull painted with AWL Grip in 2007, underwater new epoxy and antifouling. Plexiglas windows in aluminium framing. Displacement approx: 6.7 tonnes, ballast approx: 3 tonnes (lead). Fuel capacity: total 240 litres (1x 150 litres + 1x 90 litres; stainless steel tanks). Fresh water capacity: 300 litres (GRP tank). Sump tank of 40 litres with connector on deck (installed 2007). Mechanical wheel steering, wheel covered with leather (2007), emergency tiller.Good and professionally maintained and cared for. All navigation electronics replaced by Raymarine ST60 series in 2005. Major refit in 2007 by professionals. Hull painted with AWL Grip in 2007. New teak in cockpit. Beautiful seats on aft deck. New rig in 2008.
