Commissioned by her current owner and built to withstand the rigors of ocean sailing in comfort and safety, her hull is 5” thick and constructed of 4 layers of Douglas fir planking1 horizontal, 2 diagonal with a final horizontal layer, infused with epoxy and finished with a GRP outer layer giving her hull strength and protection from the elements.
A Gaff rigged schooner with 22" diameter masts of solid spruce supported by modern wire rigging,
She has a full set of sails (1 new main) all in Tan-Bark 12oz Dacron sails in good condition, completes her classic look.
The deck of 80ft in length surrounded by substantial guard rail gives an open and safe feeling when moving around. A new Bimini adds comfort to the spacious cockpit area with ample seating for crew and guests, a well-equipped helm station completes the cockpit. A new bowsprit compliments her lines. Access to the 3 berth crew cabin with self-contained heads and shower via a hatch in the aft deck.
Moving down below the classic style continues throughout as you enter a spacious dining area with a large well equipped L-shaped galley on the starboard side and access to the service area with washing machine and dryer, as you move through the service are you enter a double plus one cabin. Moving forward through the dining area step down into a relaxing saloon with TV and comfortable seating, continue forward you access to three double cabins forward and starboard side, all the cabins have private heads and shower stalls, with air-conditioning throughout.
