It has six sleeping accomodations; a fore and an aft cabin plus a midships guest cabin. Plus a functional galley and dinette. The saloon has a glass wall to the aft. A classically beautiful boat that has been developed from the popular SRC 500. SRC 515 has a new, more modern appearance with all windows and skylights given elegant frames in polished, non-corrosive steel. The former long, narrow windows in the forward section of the deck have been replaced by three openable "portlights" on either side of the hull. The pulpit and forward tailing supports incline towards the bow and the engine room´s air intake has been modernised. All these details help the 515 maintain a visual similarity to the other Storebro models. Other external details include a new style mooring bollards and the new "emblem" on the side of the cabin with its stainless steel crown on a round, varnished mahogany plate. Few boats, if any, of this size can offer the same volume below decks as Storebro Royal Cruiser 515. With the owner´s cabin in the stern the 515 has a generous space throughout the rest of the boat for the guest cabins, galley and especially the deck saloon, which is probably the largest in this class of boat. The deck level remains constant all round the boat and the wide sidedecks make it easy to move between the fore and the after decks when coming alongside.
Internally the joinery consists of rounded forms. The sofa and table in the deck saloon have the same soft shape as in the new SRC 465 and the sofa has the same superb level of comfort. The large glass surface in the deck saloon gives a luxurious feeling of space and a fine view from both the sofa and the internal position. There are only two steps to reach the big after deck so you never feel any great difference between these areas in terms of the level. In the head there are two extremely comfortable guest cabins, one with a splendid double bunk and the other with two full-size separate bunks. It goes without saying that there is excellent standing room and plenty of storage space. These cabins share an extremely roomy toilet and shower and one cabin also has direct access. One unique detail of the interior design is the workplace with its desk and book-case, a perfect place for a laptop computer if you need to log onto the internet while at sea. The well-equipped and much-praised galley, fitted even with a washing-up machine, offers large work surfaces and plenty of storage space. Connected to it is a service and storeroom for bulky objects with its own combination washing machine and tumble drier. The owner´s cabin down the aft provides perfect seclusion and is also an excellent size since it spans the entire beam of the boat. Naturally it has a separate WC and shower cubicle.
