A beautifully thought-out motor yacht that was designed and built to own ideas. The principal was a skipper in inland shipping and used this knowledge in the design. This Sailing Houseboat is completely self-supporting with, among other things, two generators. At the front is the owner's cabin with plenty of storage space and a 2-persons French bed. The spacious bathroom is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating, bath with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The large wheelhouse with seating area offers good visibility all around. Then there is a large lounge with partly underfloor heating and an open kitchen. The double-glazed sliding doors provide access to the open cockpit and the upper deck. This ship is truly a sailing Dutch Barge and very suitable for exploring the European waters and with the two side doors it is also very easy to moor in the locks.
